This is an introductory view of the EHO Staff Review area for those considering reviewing for the Eclectic Homeschool Online. Not all links are functional, but we invite you to explore here and use the resources, especially the assessment forms, in preparing your sample review. Note: This section does include tongue in cheek humor. We don't seriously consider ourselves royalty. If you wish to become an EHO reviewer, please submit the Prospective EHO Reviewer Application and a sample review you have written following our guidelines to Beverly Krueger. You need not submit the review on our review submission form, but if you do, you'll get brownie points. Your sample review may be of any resource you use. We are not soliciting these reviews for publication, so you may review a resource already reviewed at EHO. Reviewers are required to submit 9 reviews a quarter and must submit reviews within 2 weeks of receiving resources. If you can't meet those requirements, do not apply.
When you entered this realm, we locked the doors. Please remain within these walls until you have familiarized yourself with the ways and wherefores of EHO reviewing. In this place you will find all manner of answers – often to questions you have not yet thought to ask. You will find wisdom and warning. You will find humor and lame jest. You will find panacea for all ills. (No. . .that would be chocolate and you will find no chocolate here.) Having familiarized yourself with this site and the information herein, please return often, for truth is truth and truly truth does state that what we think we know and the knowledge that we need are often found to be two different things. Besides, you never know when we’ll shake things up in here, modifying our content to make it more helpful and informative. And now. . . Choose a room to visit. Traveling them in order the first time could show wisdom. Selecting and choosing according to need might also be appropriate. Oh, and if you notice that we repeat ourselves in places, it’s because these are things we feel need to be repeated.
