Arts & Art History is an interactive CD that is part of the Learning Launchers series. It focuses on the following areas in the Arts: Art History, Dance, Music, Celebrations around the World, and Impressionists.

Each topic includes an extensive information section. For example, in the section titled Elizabethan Renaissance, information discussed includes the House of Tudor, Henry the VIII and his many wives, Bloody Mary, Elizabeth I, Mary Queen of Scots, the Spanish Armada, William Shakespeare, and several more. In addition there are online resource listings for gathering more information and a list of books for further reading.

Next are the lessons. In this section the viewer can click on a virtual renaissance castle then learn about other types of castles. Music of the time period is also covered including a lesson on how to play the dulcimer and a printable chart for the recorder. The lessons contain interactive website listings, worksheets, and online tests.
